Enter your provider number assigned by the intermediary then enter your password
Enter your Submitter ID then enter your Submitter Password
Enter your 10-digit NPI then enter your Medi-Cal Provider PIN
Possible causes for Login failure:
- The provider number may no longer be active for billing.
- Must not be strictly a rendering provider number.
- Must have an electronic submission agreement on file.
- Passwords are case sensitive.
